The Danger of Falling in Love

Fingers laced

Hearts paced

About to kiss, my mind slips

My heart skips

As the truth nears

And all my fears disappear

When you pull me back

To the reality I lack

As your thumb traces my chin

I can’t help but grin as you pull me in

I admit defeat and our lips meet.

The magical sensation

Of instant gratification.

I must have hit my head falling for you

In this world that is brand new.

  1. I LOVE IT!
The way to describe the feeling of falling on love touched my heart and made me feel the love.

Falling in love is dangerous, yet you can’t help stopping it! It is out of our control

  2. I love reading your poems. The emotions always get to me and bring me back to times in my life where said emotions were a constant. Can’t wait to read more!!
